Do you offer price matching?
To prevent unreliable companies or underhanded quotes being provided, we will only price match with a competitive quote done by a major leading company in the industry. The quote should have a guaranteed price clause that will protect the client from being overcharged by the company in the end of the mold remediation process. It is difficult to tell the full extent of a mold problem and our company may offer a low-end price and a high-end price estimate.
Do you provide building permits?
Certain permits may be required by the City of Calgary for rebuilding a remediated property. We can acquire the permits for electrical, plumbing, HVAC/Gas and also a general building permit. We can also acquire environmental restoration permit (ERP) that may be required by the city in the remediation of a marijuana grow op.
Can work provided by you be covered by insurance?
In most cases, mold is considered negligence under insurance policies. We can suggest ways that the insurance company may provide coverage for certain aspects of the damage done to your home or office. You will need to obtain a mold assessment or air quality audit and then contact your insurance provider with the results. Do not do this if you have immediate damage as a result from flood, fire, smoke, or water. Should you have any of these issues please contact us immediately and we will bring the problem to a manageable state to where an insurance broker can investigate properly.
